What is the dress attire? 

Conference attire is smart casual (nice jeans, no shorts, no flip flops). Since meeting rooms are often cold, you may wish to bring a jacket or sweater.

How will I receive my registration badge and materials?  

Event materials will be distributed at the event registration area at the venue. Attendees MUST wear name badges to all conference sessions and events to gain admittance.

In November, Fort Lauderdale has an average high temperature of 81°F and an average low temperature of 67°F. 

RMA conferences are intended for North American financial industry professionals and other professionals who provide services to those financial institutions.  Attendance by professionals located outside of North America is limited to persons employed by an RMA institutional member.

Hotel Accommodations: RMA has reserved a block of rooms at Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa at a rate of $249 and are quoted exclusive of applicable room taxes and fees.

As of 10/17, the block of rooms that RMA reserved has nearly sold out. If you are unable to book your room in our Conference Hotel room block, via the link below, we recommend booking a room at B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach. While, we do not have a block of rooms, or a discounted rate at this hotel, it is within walking distance to the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa.

Group Rates

• You are not charged at the time of booking. Only charged if you cancel within the cancellation penalty.
• There is a $20 per night Resort Fee

Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Guests must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of arrival.
• All registrants are responsible for their own Hotel reservations and will need to cancel any reservations directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.

The cancellation policy details for this event include:

• Full refunds will be available on all cancellations emailed (registrar@rmahq.org) to the registrar by September 13, 2024 minus a $150.00 processing fee.
• Credit toward future event: If you cancel from September 14 to October 11, 2024, 50% of the registration fee may be used as a credit toward the 2025 event; no processing fee would apply.
• No refunds or credits will be issued after October 11, 2024.
• Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• Substitutions allowed up to 5:00pm EST November 1, 2024.
• If the event is canceled by RMA, registrants will receive a full refund for registration fees. However, RMA does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, including the purchase of airline tickets, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event.
• Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.
• All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event. NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business days to post to your account.
