Event Registration and Cancellation Information
RMA in-person conferences are intended for North American financial industry professionals and other professionals who provide services to those financial institutions. In-person attendance by professionals located outside of North America is limited to persons employed by an RMA institutional member.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
RMA’s cancellation policy is as follows starting May 2, 2020.
Virtual Events (Live broadcast)
- Full refunds will be available on all cancellations e-mailed (registrar@rmahq.org) to the registrar 5 or more business days prior to the start of the event.
- Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Virtual Event Recordings
- Recordings are immediately available and non-refundable.
In person Roundtables, Forums, SCB Forums and Courses*
- Full refunds will be available on all cancellations e-mailed (registrar@rmahq.org) to the registrar 45 business days or more prior to the start of the event minus a $50.00 processing fee.
- Partial Refunds are available from 30-44 days prior to the event and are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee and 50% credit may be applied to another RMA program within one year.
- No refunds will be issued 29 days before the first day of the event.
- Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the event is canceled by RMA, registrants will receive a full refund for registration fees. However, RMA does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, including the purchase of airline tickets, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event.
- Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.

Professional Development Courses
Registered participants can receive a 100% refund up to 15 calendar days prior to the start of the course, 50% refund 8-14 calendar days before the start of the course, and no refund will be issued if it's 7 or less days prior to the start of the course. Registration is not transferrable to another participant or course.
All Events:
- All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event. NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business days to post to your account.
COVID-19 accommodations: RMA will provide a full refund for any cancellations due to company restrictions (proof required) or state, local and federal government regulations regarding COVID-19. If RMA cancels the event, full refunds will be granted.
If your payment is received in currency other than U.S. dollars, and you are due a refund, you will be responsible for any foreign exchange rate difference.
State Licensing Information
Because of licensing requirements in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York and Oklahoma, you must be an RMA member to take courses in these states. Please call RMA Customer Care at 1-800-677-7621 for membership information.
