In 2022, SCB Forums joined forces with RMA. Anat founded SCB Forums in 1994 and has been focused on arranging and facilitating peer group meetings for bank executives ever since.

Anat continues to serve on several boards and facilitate her Forums, and yet she considers her family of six children her greatest accomplishment. She lives in Scottsdale Arizona with her husband.

Anat was born in Israel and received her BA and MA from Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She then moved to Washington, DC where she obtained her MBA.  Anat also has a diploma in strategic planning from the Wharton School of Business.  

Shortly after, Anat moved to New York where she worked as a consultant and subsequently held leadership roles in the banking industry in banks ranging in assets from $3B to Wells Fargo.  She spent decades learning the industry inside and out. Building on that experience Anat started her own business where she offered 40+ SuperCommunity Bank Forums, which she still holds today. SuperCommunity, which became an industry-accepted term, was coined by Anat, who also authored numerous books on the topic. She was a columnist for the American Banker and wrote over 500 articles as well as spoke in over 300 industry gatherings. 

The first Forum took place at the Hilton in Chicago's O'Hare airport in 1990. Today our members number in the hundreds, and many of these original members are still with us. We have numerous testimonials from institutions' whose bottom-line benefited well over $1 million for several years as a result of their attendance at the Forums.
